My Story

For many years, I navigated life through a blurry lens, struggling to understand my experiences until a 2020 ADHD diagnosis brought everything into focus.

​

This diagnosis illuminated a lifetime of struggles with feeling out of place, managing sensory overload, navigating social anxiety, and overcoming communication barriersIt felt like someone had finally removed the blinders, allowing me to see myself – and my true potential – for the first time.

​

It was a turning point that inspired a deep dive into the world of neurodiversity, revealing the incredible value our neurodiverse minds bring to the workplace.

​

As a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practitioner, certified in 360 Inclusive Leadership Compass coaching, I launched Collectively Neurodiverse in April 2024. Drawing on nearly ten years of experience across customer service, STEM recruitment, learning & development, and people strategy, I identified that many existing programs only scratched the surface and often overlooked the needs of a significant portion of the neurodiverse population.

 

Because of that, at Collectively Neurodiverse, our focus extends beyond awareness campaigns, delving into the practical implementation of strategies that empower differences at organizations.

At Collectively Neurodiverse, we partner with People Operations teams and organizational leaders to:

  • Foster inclusive teams by building awareness and highlighting the unique strengths neurodiverse individuals contribute.

  • Empower potential through a partnership approach that encourages curiosity and intentional leadership, enabling every employee to thrive.

  • Drive meaningful change by co-creating neuroinclusive strategies that improve organizational support and effectiveness.
