My Story
For many years, I navigated life through a blurry lens, struggling to understand my experiences until a 2020 ADHD diagnosis brought everything into focus.

This diagnosis illuminated a lifetime of struggles with feeling out of place, managing sensory overload, navigating social anxiety, and overcoming communication barriers. It felt like someone had finally removed the blinders, allowing me to see myself – and my true potential – for the first time.

This turning point inspired me to dive deep into the world of neurodiversity, revealing the incredible value neurodiverse minds bring to the workplace.
However, it wasn’t until a LinkedIn message at the beginning of 2024 that I was inspired to start my own business in April of that year.

With a decade of experience spanning customer service, STEM recruitment, training, and people strategy, I have witnessed how neurodiverse talent is often overlooked and underutilized. This insight guided me as I established Collectively Neurodiverse. My goal is to do more than just raise awareness; I work with people teams and organizational leaders to create meaningful and lasting change.

As an Inclusion practitioner, certified in 360 Inclusive Leadership Compass coaching, I specialize in creating environments where every mind thrives, driving innovation, enhancing performance, and fostering a culture in which employees can contribute their best work.

Through this work, I help organizations:

-
Cultivate inclusive teams by building awareness and highlighting the unique strengths neurodivergent individuals bring.
-
Empower potential by encouraging curiosity and intentional leadership, enabling every employee to excel.
-
Drive meaningful change co-creating neuroinclusive strategies that improve organizational effectiveness.
When organizations embrace difference, I believe they open the door to limitless potential.

Join me in creating a future where every employee feels valued, respected, and empowered to succeed.
